Below 2011 Rose Bowl Game: The Rose Bowl Game will kick off at 4:30 p.m. Eastern, as Big Ten champion Wisconsin takes on undefeated Mountain West champion TCU. The Rose Bowl Parade takes place on Jan. 1 at 8 a.m. EST.  Two BCS teams, typically the winner of the Pac-10 and Big Ten. The 12-0 TCU Horned Frogs and the 11-1 Wisconsin Badgers. The real ESPN A-Team crew comes to town for the Rose Bowl.
